A Mamahood & Lifestyle Blog

Angela, Thanks so much for joining us as our Mama Mentor! I absolutely love following you on Instagram!

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

I’d love to! I’m Ange. I’m a female Health and Happiness Coach, writer and speaker. I’m a Mumma to two beautiful little girls and the wife of my favourite man in the whole world. I’m a gratitude giving gal who is always learning, growing and expanding. Nothing makes me happier than being with my loves, playing by the water and working with women so that they can have the happiest and healthiest lives they can.

I’d love you to share, why you decided to let the wonderful world of Instagram into your life?

I’m a huge fan of social media to promote my work! It’s a great tool to be able to portray your true and authentic self which I think more and more people are wanting these days! It’s all about connection to me!

How was the “Gratitude Gang” created? I love that!!

The Gratitude Gang was created because I was looking for something more.  I love being a coach but I was really missing the abundance and community that I craved and I wanted to not only help people become successful with their health, but also to give them a platform to create an income online using social media like I had.  It’s been a year and a half now and I’m so grateful for the relationships that have formed and the way I’ve been able to shift into mentoring and supporting women in such a different way.

Your bio describes you as a “Happiness Researcher” , second to Mama sounds like the best job in the world! Can you share your typical day with us?

Every day is different in my household! I’m always up early but some mornings are relaxed and some are a little more hectic. I do a lot of client calls most days but I also make sure I block a lot of time out for Ange time and family time. It’s very easy to lose balance when you’re a Mum and a business owner, but I try my best to look after myself and intentionally put time aside to rest and get out of my head and into my heart.

If you could give one piece of advice to Mamas wanting to take the plunge to follow their dreams and start their own business.. what would that be?

Get clear on your vision!  We do so much vision engineering in the Gratitude Gang and once someone knows exactly what they want to create, it paves the path of steps to follow and keeps you on track to what you’re working towards.

What are the 3 things you are grateful for?

My beautiful family, the amazing tribe of women I support and work alongside and living near the water.

Please share with us your Top 3 favourite Insta accounts?

I won’t lie, I love a good meme!  But for gratitude and health I love @elsas_wholesomelife, @iamwellandgood and @goop!

Angela, thank you! It’s been so lovely getting to know you.
